All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before any products are shipped. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible or within five (5) business days. Returns will be accepted up to thirty (30) days from the date of order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meigs Fertilizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site.
